How to use:

First Prime Eyes with a base.

Use a wet flat synthetic brush for shimmery colors. (Shimmery colors can be used wet or dry).

To wet brush use any makeup setting spray.

Shimmery colors can also be applied with fingers.

Use a blending brush for matte colors.
