There's a new kid on the block and this indy chick is taking names and kicking butt!

I might be a little late to the party writing this a good month after the official launch, but I thought it was a good time to share my thoughts on this Chika, especially now that they have a lekker sale online!

Chick. Cosmetics is a 100% cruelty-free makeup line designed with sensitive skin in mind. Manufactured and packaged abroad the Chick team was hands-on during all processes from formulation to testing offering their customers a product that they are proud of. Let's get into the collection, shall we?

#MIneral Liquid Foundation

A hydrating and lightweight foundation will leave your skin looking radiantly flawless. Although this is a sheer yet buildable formulation with medium to full coverage it doesn't dry fully matte and looking heavy. Suitable for all skin types, the four shades won't be suitable for all skin tones though.

That Cheek Tho

A 'highlight & contour' four pan palette from campaign to bronze with a stunning deep burgundy shimmer highlight. Super pigmented, with some kickback in the pan but blends effortlessly and buildable.

Mystic Glow Highlighter

Named after popular 00s chick flicks the three individual mirror compact will give you that youthful shimmer with a sheen colour payoff.

Fairy Glitter Palette

A mini pressed glitter palette features six super sparkly glitters in a gel-like formula. Apply with the finger on bare skin or with an eye primer. This way it keeps the glitter at bay with minimal fallout.

Muva Eyeshadow Palette 'Fyre'

Fifteen all matte eyeshadow palette in neutral warm tones is the perfect basic to any makeup kit. The shadows are super soft, silky and highly pigmented. Expect some kickback in the pan and fallout, but nothing too dramatic.

Nightwind Eyeshadow Palette

A mega-sized palette housing eighteen oversized eyeshadows in the most daring and vibrant colours. An odd mix of matte and shimmer shadows hardly seen in a palette before but features all the trendiest shades. Finely milled shadows with a buildable colour payoff.
